Ingredients:
Can of Chop Chop! Chicken with Cracked Pepper
Sweet corn kernels
2 medium potatoes, washed
1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
Directions:
Prick potatoes in several places. Cook uncovered in microwave, on high for 12 minutes or until tender. Or bake in a hot oven, at 200 degrees C for 1 hour or until tender. Cut a cross in the top of each cooked potato and gently push inward to open. Spoon chicken & corn on top and sprinkle with cheese. Season to taste and serve with coleslaw.
