Davies Foods is a privately owned New Zealand company. Pop’n’Good started in 1984 when Paul Davies began growing popcorn and popping it in his kitchen.
He began supplying his special product at fairs and video stores and eventually supermarkets.
Davies Foods now supplies products to the convenience channel and cinemas and to all major supermarkets across NZ. The company’s other brands include ACT II Microwave Popcorn and Chop Chop canned products. They recently acquired the beverage brands Demon Energy, The Natural Beverage Company, Loaded Sports Drinks, Zero Water, NOS Energy, Pure Energy, Illicit, Hunger Buster and The Big Chill.
