Smoked Chicken Omelette

Ingredients:
Can of Chop Chop! Smoked Chicken 85g, drained
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of water
Handful of grated cheese
Your favourite vegetables (e.g. onion, capsicum, mushrooms, capsicum)
Salt & pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
Lightly whisk 2 eggs together with 2 tablespoons of water together in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Put a little oil in a very hot frying pan. Pour in your egg mixture.
Once egg is set place chicken, cheese & other ingredients on one side of the omelette, use fish slice to flip the unfilled side of the omelette over the top of the filled side. Tip the omelette upside down onto a plate
