Chicken Chowder

Ingredients:
Can of Chop Chop! Smoked Chicken 160g, drained
3 bacon slices
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup of grated potato
1 cup frozen or canned corn
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Cook bacon in saucepan until browned and crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Add onion to pan and cook until tender, about 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle flour over onions and cook 1 minute longer. Add milk. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add potatoes and corn. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potato is tender. Add chicken & cooked bacon and heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
